  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof for verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be covered.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
